Welcome to Remembre. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Remembre mobile application provided by Bainstem, LLC.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading or using Remembre, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.
2. Description of Service
Remembre is a personal journal and community support tool designed for individuals navigating the journey of pregnancy loss. The app provides features for private reflection and anonymous community interaction.
3. User Conduct & Community Standards
Remembre is a place for healing and empathy. You agree to use the community features (Feed, Map, Reactions) with respect. The following behaviors are strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban:
- Harassment or "trolling" of other members.
- Hate speech or discriminatory content.
- Posting inappropriate, graphic, or illegal material.
- Spamming or commercial solicitation.
4. Privacy & Your Data
Your privacy is our priority. Your journal entries and remembrance profiles are stored locally on your device. Bainstem, LLC does not have access to your private reflections. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on shared community data.
5. Medical Disclaimer
Remembre is provided for informational and peer-support purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, mental health counseling, or treatment.
