Remembre is provided by Bainstem, LLC. We are committed to protecting your privacy while providing a supportive space for healing.

1. Data Collection

We collect your name and email address during registration to personalize your experience and provide essential app functionality.

2. Local Storage (Private Data)

Your most sensitive data—including Journal Entries, Remembrance Profiles, and Photos—is stored exclusively on your device's internal storage. Bainstem, LLC does not upload this content to our servers and cannot access it.

3. Community Features

When you choose to post to the Community Feed, your first name and the content of your post are visible to other users. If you opt-in to the Community Map, your city and state may be displayed anonymously. You should avoid sharing sensitive personal information in public posts.

4. Analytics

We may use anonymized analytics to improve app performance and user experience. This data does not identify you personally.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information. However, because your private data is stored locally, we recommend using device-level security (PIN, Biometrics, or Passcode) to prevent unauthorized access to your phone.

6. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time within the app settings. Account deletion removes all local and community data associated with your profile within 30 days.
